Are your projects RERA-registered?
Yes. SkyCity is registered with ORERA as MP/19/2023/00906, Jyotsna Stalwart Pride as MP/19/2023/00883, Bishnupriya Niwas as RP/30/2025/01383, Krishna Imperial as RP/19/2025/01371, Laxmi as RP/19/2025/01406, Labanya Complex as MP/19/2024/01216, Luxuria Villas as RP/19/2026/01508, Damodar Complex as MP/28/2026/01502, Nest as RP/19/2025/01374 and Pratima Niwas as RP/19/2024/01145.
Every number can be checked independently on the ORERA portal at rera.odisha.gov.in before you commit anything. We would encourage you to do exactly that.
Do you quote carpet area or super built-up area?
Carpet area is the legal basis for pricing under RERA, and it is the number our cost sheets are built on. Carpet, balcony and built-up areas are set out separately on every floor plan, so you can see precisely what you are paying for.
Can I visit a site before booking?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Site visits can be arranged at any active project, including for buyers who have not booked. If it helps, we will also walk you through a delivered building so you can see the finish rather than the render.
Is it safe to visit a project under construction?
Yes, when the visit is arranged with our team. A member of our site team stays with visitors throughout, visits keep to marked routes, and they are timed around heavy work such as concreting or lifting. We ask visitors to wear closed, flat shoes.
Why do visitors have to wear a hard hat?
A building under construction has work going on overhead — scaffolding, formwork and materials being moved between floors. A hard hat protects against falling objects and knocks to the head, and wearing one on site is part of construction safety practice. Hard hats are provided for safety and compliance with construction regulations, for every visitor.
Do you assist with home loans?
Our projects are approved with the major lenders and our team will coordinate documentation and disbursement with your bank. We do not act as a broker and take no commission on the loan.
I live abroad. Can I buy from there?
Yes. NRIs and PIOs may buy residential property in India without RBI approval, and the whole transaction can be completed remotely with a Power of Attorney. The NRI Corner sets out the funding routes, documents and repatriation rules.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Within one working day of your enquiry. Our advisors are available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
